A 50% deposit is required to secure your photo session. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future session if you need to reschedule. If you cancel your session less than a day before the scheduled date, your deposit will be forfeited and you then can not reschedule.
If you submit a deposit to secure a booking, but fail to confirm a date within 30 days, the deposit will be considered forfeited.
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your photo session. We strive to be as flexible as possible and will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. However, we also have certain policies in place to protect our business and ensure that we are able to continue providing quality services to our clients.
If you cancel your session more than a month before the scheduled date, we will refund any payments you have made, minus the 50% deposit. If you cancel your session less than a month before the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued.
If we are unable to fulfill the contract for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds after photo package received:
Once you have received your photos, no refunds will be issued. If you are unhappy with your photos, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them and we will work with you to find a solution.
If you need to cancel your session, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can arise, and we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. If you cancel your session more than a month before the scheduled date, we will refund any payments you have made, minus the 50% deposit. If you cancel your session less than a month before the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel your session less than 2 days before the scheduled date, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session.
If you need to reschedule your session, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a new date and time that works for both parties. If you reschedule your session less than 7 days before the scheduled date, you may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
If you arrive late to your session, we may need to shorten the length of your session to ensure that we are able to accommodate our other clients. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. You will be responsible for the full payment of the session.
No Shows:
If you do not show up for your session and do not contact us to cancel or reschedule, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session.
Delivery of Photos:
We will provide you with a digital download link to your edited photos within 3 to 5 weeks lead time of your session. If you require your photos sooner, we offer expedited delivery for an additional fee. Please let us know if you require expedited delivery when booking your session.
We offer vouchers that can be redeemed for a photography session at a later date. Vouchers must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, and are not the same as booking a regular session and paying 50% upfront. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
To redeem a voucher, please contact us to schedule your session. Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date. If you do not redeem your voucher within 12 months, it will expire and cannot be used.

By booking a session with us, you agree to our policy and all of the terms and conditions outlined in the contract. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other issues that arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergency situations. Rescheduling can be made on the day of photo session
You may use your photos for personal use only. If you wish to use your photos for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options. You may not alter or edit your photos without our written consent.
We retain the copyright to all photos taken during your session. You may not sell or distribute your photos without our written consent. We reserve the right to use your photos for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
We will store your photos for up to 6 months after your session. After 6 months, we cannot guarantee that your photos will be available for download. Please make sure to download your photos and store them in a safe place.
We strive to provide a positive and respectful experience for all of our clients. If a client behaves in a disrespectful or abusive manner towards us, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately and retain any session fees as a cancellation fee. We will not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
If you are located more than 30km from where we are located, we may charge a traveling fee to cover the cost of transportation and time. The traveling fee will be discussed and agreed upon before booking your session.
If you need to travel to a location that requires air travel or overnight accommodations, additional fees may apply. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before booking your session.
Please note that traveling fees are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our traveling fee policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
